Nov 03, 2014 (EconomyNext) – Fitch Ratings said it was withdrawing the ratings given to Sri Lanka’s Softlogic Holdings Plc and its senior unsecured debentures, saying the firm was not releasing enough information.
"The ratings have been withdrawn due to insufficient information to maintain the ratings," the Fitch said.
"While the Issuer has provided Fitch with some information, we have not received sufficient information. Fitch will no longer provide rating or analytical coverage of this issuer."

Fitch Withdraws Ratings on Softlogic Holdings
Fitch Ratings-Colombo/Sydney-03 November 2014: Fitch Ratings has withdrawn Softlogic Holdings Plc’s (SHL) National Long-Term Rating of ‘BBB-(lka)’ and the ‘BBB-(lka)’ rating on the company’s senior unsecured redeemable debentures. Both ratings were on Rating Watch Negative.
The ratings have been withdrawn due to insufficient information to maintain the ratings. While the Issuer has provided Fitch with some information, we have not received sufficient information. Fitch will no longer provide rating or analytical coverage of this issuer.
