How women are changing finance

Women with training in finance have been disproportionately successful in rising to positions of responsibility in the private sector. Three female members of the professional accounting body the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); Deputy General Manager of Finance at MAS Intimates Sajindu Perera, Buddhi Pathiraja who is an Associate Director at BDO Consulting and Chamindā de Silva, Executive Director of the IT and BPM industry association SLASSCOM, discussed why women in finance are more successful and recent developments affecting working women.
