New Delhi: byteXL – one of the leading experiential learning platforms for IT career aspirants, has announced the onboarding of two prominent advisory board members – Mr. Lalitha Prasad, former scientist at ISRO and former director of the Corporate Learning Center, TCS and Dr. Deepak Garg of, Dean of the School of Computing and Engineering at Bennett University. Technology industry and academic leaders possess a repertoire of experience spanning 5 and 2 decades respectively and proven capabilities in higher education, learning and development, deep reinforcement learning, emerging technologies and technology. ‘data analysis.

Mr. Lalitha Prasad brings to the table a wealth of experience with nearly 5 decades of expertise as a Scientist at Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, ISRO, and as Head – Corporate Learning Center at Tata Consultancy Services. The seasoned expert earned his master’s degree in applied mathematics in 1972 from Andhra University and was a scientist at the space center for 24 years. During his tenure at ISRO, he was also a member of the ISRO Software Engineering Standards Committee and also qualified as an auditor for ISO 9001. He has extensive Unix training experience , C, C++, OOP, web technologies, Python and Python-based tools for 10-25 years, in large organizations like World Bank Group, Quest Global, IIITMK, among others. His basic science and math skills help him bring astute analytical abilities and critical thinking. As head of the Corporate Learning Center at TCS, he has empowered his trainees with crucial decision-making, business leadership and problem-solving skills and helps them to be at the top of innovation through strategic partnerships.

Dr. Deepak Garg is a key figure in Indian academia and startups with his IEEE leadership and social connection. He is director of the NVIDIA-Bennett AI Research Center and also director of – a national AI research and skills initiative, dean of the school of computer science and engineering at Bennett University. He has extensive experience in delivering projects on time and with quality metrics, in higher education, research project management, deep reinforcement learning and data analytics. With a view to transforming higher education, it is able to hire quality professors, generate international grants, establish industrial and foreign collaborations are its strengths in addition to achieving the objectives of Industry Scale Consultancy.
