Bombay – Worldline India, a leader in digital payment services, today announced the launch of the Paytech Pioneer Program to onboard some of India’s top engineering talent from university campuses across the country.

Worldline India plans to onboard over 200 trainee engineers in its offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai in 2023 and plans to increase the number of employees to 3,000 in three years. New entrants will begin their transformation journey from new graduates to full stack developers in 3 years while learning on the job for silk sets like Java, Dot Net, C++, Testing, PHP, Python, MYSQL, Postgres among others.

Additionally, Paytech Pioneers will work on key tasks such as executing the full software development lifecycle, gathering requirements, documenting and proposing solutions, maintaining quality, reliability and redundancy. code, troubleshooting, debugging and improving existing systems.

Worldline India will visit colleges for pre-placement interviews from September. Fresh graduates will be assessed based on three rounds of selection process viz. Online test, aptitude assessment and logic, managerial technical aptitude and skills. Applicants with BE/B Tech – CS/IT with 6 and above CGPA up to last semester 70% and above in 10th and 12e will be considered for the qualifying rounds.

Worldline India plans to induct paid technology pioneers from January 2023 as interns and onboard Worldliner from July 2023.
